Airswift is supporting an opportunity with a global engineering, technology and consulting organisation seeking an experienced Electronic Systems Engineer MAX for a full-time assignment in Bascharage, Luxembourg. The role
This Electronic Systems Engineer MAX position is centred on senior-level problem resolution and 8D leadership for complex product deviations. The successful candidate will lead structured root cause investigations, support critical customer communications and provide clear internal and external reporting to senior leadership. The Electronic Systems Engineer MAX will contribute to a collaborative, agile environment where analytical thinking, technical credibility and strong stakeholder engagement are essential.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the resolution of complex product deviations using 8D methodology and robust root cause analysis
- Act as Senior Problem Resolution Manager and 8D Lead within the engineering environment
- Support and lead customer communication related to critical product deviations
- Ensure communication is clear, timely and professional
- Provide continuous internal and external status reporting to senior leadership
- Work across global teams in an agile approach to achieve shared objectives
- Translate complex technical data into clear and actionable insights for technical and management audiences
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar discipline
- 8+ years of experience as a Development Engineer for inverter products or as an Engineering Quality Engineer
- Deep experience in system engineering
- Strong knowledge of electric and electronic systems
- Experience in software development relating to inverter environments
- Strong working knowledge of 8D methodology
- Knowledge of inverter technology, data analytics and customer communication
- Experience using JIRA, Polarion and MS Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly
- Positive, cooperative and team-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively across functions
