Lead the development of the energy transition market across Southeast Asia.
Based in Singapore and working fully remotely, you will collaborate with governments, utilities, regulators, financial institutions, and energy companies to drive the adoption of advanced energy analytics and modelling solutions.
This is not a traditional sales role. You will lead market strategy, build strategic partnerships, identify customer challenges, and guide solution development through to implementation and adoption. The role offers a unique opportunity to shape the growth of the ASEAN market while making a direct impact on the region's energy transition.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute growth strategies across ASEAN markets
- Build relationships with governments, utilities, regulators, and strategic partners
- Identify customer challenges and define solution use cases
- Lead opportunities from initial engagement through implementation and adoption
- Share market insights and customer feedback with leadership and product teams
Must Have
- 6+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, consulting, or related roles within the energy, infrastructure, technology, or analytics sectors
- Experience working across ASEAN markets
- Proven stakeholder management experience with governments, utilities, regulators, financial institutions, or large corporations
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and decision-making outcomes
- Strong proposal writing, presentation, and client-facing communication skills
- Experience managing complex opportunities or long-cycle projects
- Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia
- Candidates must have an existing right to work in Singapore (Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident, or other valid work authorization). Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Nice to Have
- Experience in power markets, grid planning, or energy transition initiatives
- Familiarity with energy modelling tools such as PLEXOS, PyPSA, OSeMOSYS, or similar platforms
- Experience working on government-funded projects or with development finance institutions
- Knowledge of energy policy, power systems, energy economics, or related disciplines
- Experience working in a startup, scale-up, or high-growth environment
