We are seeking a skilled Field Execution Lead (Construction/TAR) to oversee construction activities in Sabine Pass, Texas for an initial 12-month assignment (with possibility of extension).
Role Overview
- Champion safety programs and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies.
- Supervise contractor personnel and maintain a focus on safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
- Assist with construction planning and serve as the interface between the project team and contractors.
- Provide construction expertise and advise contractors on upcoming challenges.
- Ensure good communication and relations with contractors.
- Oversee safety monitoring and leadership, address quality issues, and verify materials management.
- Monitor workforce productivity and progress, as well as environmental compliance.
- Provide on-site support for work management systems and assist with commissioning and systems completion.
- Coordinate quality audits and other site surveillance activities.
- Develop early career professionals.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 10 years (15+ preferred) experience in all aspects of construction - refinery, oil and gas, chemical plants OR offshore
- General computer skills and experience working with MS Outlook; PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
- Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
- Valid driver's License.
- Familiar with OSHA 1910 – Occupational Safety and Health Standard and OSHA 1926 Standards – Safety and Health Regulations for Construction.
- MUST have Valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card or be able to obtain within 30 day of hiring.
- Availability to work beyond 40 hrs. weekly.
