Act as the on-site customer representative, providing technical support, entry-into-service assistance, and lifecycle service coordination to ensure customer satisfaction and operational reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support, AOG response, entry-into-service assistance, and coordinate maintenance activities with airlines and MRO partners.
- Manage customer relationships, service meetings, training, inventory/consignment stock, and support aftersales programs and service delivery.
- Drive warranty analysis, reporting, technical advisory, and support service sales through improvements, modifications, and commercial coordination.
Requirements:
- Technical degree (Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering) or equivalent with experience in aviation customer service or maintenance environment.
- Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance, certification, documentation, and aftermarket support processes with project management exposure.
- Good English communication skills with strong customer-facing, analytical, and cross-cultural collaboration capabilities.
