Airswift is looking for a Financial Planning Analyst (Junior, Intermediate, or Senior) for a 7-month temporary position—with the possibility of permanent employment—at a major Oil & Gas company in Rio das Ostras.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide daily support to the project team regarding budget-related matters;
Analyze the delivery budget;
Prepare the project cost structure and implement it in SAP and other cost control tools; establish cost control processes and practices in accordance with company methodologies;
Continuously update the project budget and ensure consistency across various project areas; prepare monthly budget variance analyses and sensitivity analyses;
Identify and quantify potential risks and opportunities;
Participate in the preparation of Change Orders;
Assist in preparing monthly project reports and ensure their reliability;
Foster a collaborative environment for cost control within the project;
Provide feedback to the Business Analyst (BA) regarding potential budget deviations;
Provide cost information for internal and external audits; • Participate in project closeout.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Production Engineering;
Knowledge of finance, cost management, and accounting;
Specialization, certifications, or courses in Cost Management, Finance, or Project Management preferred;
SAP proficiency preferred.
