Job Title: FPSO QAQC Management
Duration: 12 months

This opportunity focuses on leading quality management activities across an FPSO project environment, with involvement during hook-up, installation and offshore commissioning phases. The role supports project delivery by promoting quality culture, strengthening QA/QC processes and providing quality advice to project management teams. It offers a technically focused position within a complex offshore setting where quality systems, inspections, audits and continuous improvement are central to success.
Required Experience:
- Experience working within FPSO, offshore, hook-up, installation or commissioning project environments.
- Proven background in QA/QC management, including oversight of project quality procedures and quality management systems.
- Experience reviewing contractor, subcontractor and supplier QA/QC documentation, including inspection and test plans, project quality plans and audit schedules.
- Experience supporting project teams with audits, inspections, lessons learned activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and the ability to promote quality culture across a project team.
- Ability to organise, implement and audit quality procedures related to project activities.
- Capability to investigate issues in the application of project QMS and recommend practical solutions and improvements.
- Ability to review QA/QC inspection and test plans for coherence, adequacy, document control and alignment with quality specifications.
- Strong coordination skills to support lessons learned sessions, workshops and project debriefing activities.
- Awareness of HSE site instructions, anomaly reporting, inspections, audits and safe working practices within a project environment.
