We are seeking an experienced Head of Program Management to lead the APAC Project Management team and oversee the successful delivery of multiple aerospace programs. The role is responsible for ensuring projects are executed within budget, schedule and quality targets, while driving customer satisfaction, team performance and continuous improvement. This position will work closely with customers, global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support strategic business objectives across the region.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the APAC Project Management team while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Manage multiple aerospace programs, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, quality and customer expectations.
- Drive project planning, risk management, budget control, KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as the key liaison between customers, OEMs, management and cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
- Oversee project governance, reporting, milestone reviews, escalations and lessons learned activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of project/program management experience, including at least 8 years within the Aviation or Aerospace industry.
- Proven people management experience with the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- PMP and PgMP certifications will be advantages;
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent English proficiency.
