Vacancy Overview:
This opportunity supports a post-separation hypercare environment, providing people advisory expertise to employees and managers during a critical business transition. The role focuses on employee relations support, HR processes, issue resolution and stakeholder management, helping maintain business continuity while new policies, tools and ways of working are embedded. This position offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration across P&C Operations, payroll, digital and talent teams in a fast-paced environment.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree.
Required Experience:
5–8 years of experience in an HR or People & Culture advisory, coordinator or generalist role.
Experience supporting employees and line managers in day-to-day people’s matters, processes and ways of working.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of queries and multiple priorities.
Required Skills:
Strong customer service focuses on the ability to provide timely guidance on people-related queries.
Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to triage, track and resolve issues, escalating risks and recurring themes where needed.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support critical people processes.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and confidence working with HR systems and employee data.
Ability to remain proactive, resilient, solution-oriented and calm under pressure.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow through on actions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting organisational change, transformation or business transitions.
Strong Workday experience.
HR experience in the oil and gas industry.
Bilingual capability in English and Spanish and/or English and Portuguese.
