Mission description:
This opportunity supports projects across the Belgian energy sector, contributing to learning and development, performance management, organisational effectiveness, and HR transformation. The role offers the chance to deliver high-impact HR project management work within a complex, evolving business environment focused on sustainability, collaboration, and operational improvement. This position will suit professionals with strong experience in change programmes, process redesign, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR projects from scoping and business case development through implementation and post-launch evaluation.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, governance, resources, risks, and success measures.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and maintain alignment with business and HR priorities.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to HR leadership.
- Drive improvements to performance management processes.
- Support the redesign and implementation of performance frameworks, goal-setting methodologies, feedback mechanisms, and development planning approaches.
- Ensure alignment between performance management, talent development, and organisational objectives.
- Lead initiatives aimed at improving HR effectiveness and collaboration.
- Support transition to new operating models and ways of working.
- Design and optimise HR governance, decision-making processes, and cross-functional collaboration models.
- Map, analyse, and redesign HR processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience.
- Facilitate workshops to redesign workflows, define future-state processes, and support role clarification.
- Promote sustainable implementation and adoption of new processes.
Required Experience:
- 10 years of experience in HR project management, HR transformation, organisational development, or consulting.
- Proven experience leading learning and development projects.
- Experience in process redesign, organisational effectiveness, and change programmes.
Required Skills:
- Dutch and/or French, with English.
