About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist - Learning & Change to support the successful deployment of SAP S/4HANA across the Australian business. This role will be responsible for designing and delivering learning solutions that drive workforce readiness, user adoption, and business transformation outcomes.

Working closely with Global Learning teams, Deployment Leads, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Learning & Talent Centres of Excellence, and external vendors, you will develop localised learning solutions, coordinate training deployment activities, and ensure learning governance and compliance requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Design & Development (30%)

  • Partner with Global Learning teams and vendors to adapt and localise SAP S/4HANA learning materials.
  • Design and develop role-based learning curricula aligned to business processes.
  • Create instructor-led training materials, job aids, simulations, videos, and other learning resources.
  • Apply corporate learning standards and best practice instructional design principles.
  • Continuously improve learning content based on business feedback and deployment outcomes.

Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement (25%)

  • Collaborate with Deployment Leads, SMEs, Global teams, and Learning & Talent stakeholders to develop learning strategies and deployment plans.
  • Provide guidance on learning solutions that support organisational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops to identify learning needs and define curriculum requirements.
  • Engage business leaders and project stakeholders on learning strategies, schedules, and training plans.

Learning Systems & Technology Enablement (15%)

  • Utilise Workday Learning, Degreed (iLearn), CMS, and WalkMe to support training deployment.
  • Support UAT, system readiness activities, and learning platform implementation.
  • Monitor training completion, learner engagement, and adoption metrics through reporting and analytics.

Learning Governance & Process Integration (5%)

  • Maintain learning governance frameworks, documentation, and records.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational standards, audit requirements, and learning processes.

Deployment & Training Execution (15%)

  • Coordinate and execute end-to-end training deployment activities.
  • Support scheduling, learner enrolments, readiness assessments, and completion tracking.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Vendor & Contract Management (10%)

  • Manage relationships with external learning vendors and service providers.
  • Monitor vendor performance against agreed deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Partner with Supply Chain Management to support contract implementation and vendor governance.

About You

  • Experience in Learning & Development, Change Management, HR Transformation, or Training Delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong instructional design, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems such as Workday Learning, Degreed, WalkMe, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience managing external vendors and service delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business, Education, Organisational Development, or a related discipline.
  • Certifications in Learning Design, Change Management, or Project Management will be highly regarded.
