We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented HES Administrator who can manage multiple tasks and stay organized. This person will support Safety and Environmental programs, maintain records, assist with reporting, and help keep daily HES activities running smoothly. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, works well independently, and is interested in improving processes. The role provides the opportunity to take ownership of projects and help develop and support Safety and Environmental initiatives across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expense reports (Concur)

  • Purchase requisitions and tracking (excel sheet)

  • Managing planned inspections forms (SharePoint)

  • Tracking variance forms (SharePoint)

  • Ordering breakfast/lunches as needed

  • Tyndale FRC Program (employee program)

  • Safety Boot Program (employee program)

  • Safety Prescription glasses (employee program)

  • Assist with Visitors and PPE

  • Data entry into Intelex

  • Environmental tracking spreadsheets

Required Skills:

  • Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Access.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of SAP

  • More than 3 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemical, LNG, and Industrial Construction (EPC) industries.

  • SAP

  • Intelex/OTIS

  • Concur

Preferred Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred).

Preferred Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an HSE role or plant administrative position.

  • Experience supporting environmental compliance activities.

  • Familiarity with Intelex or a similar incident management system.
