HSE Manager
We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager for a freelance contract role supporting industrial project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance across project operations
- Ensure adherence to relevant HSE legislation, standards, and best practices
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Develop and implement HSE procedures and policies
- Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are completed
- Provide HSE guidance and support to project teams and contractors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HSE Manager within industrial or engineering environments
- Strong knowledge of international HSE standards and compliance frameworks
- Ability to manage site-based HSE activities independently
- Fluency in German (required for communication and reporting)
- Relevant HSE certifications (e.g. NEBOSH or equivalent)
