Airswift is seeking a HSE Offshore Representative to work on an outsourced contract , in Suriname, with a major Oil & Gas Company.

Start date : February 2027(estimated)

Contract duration: 31/12/2028 (duration of the project)

Renewable: Yes

Status: Rotational offshore (35 days on /35 days off)

Location : Offshore Suriname

English-speaking working environment

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The HSE Supervisor is responsible—within the SW Project team and under the supervision of the RSES-D / Company Site Representative—for tracking, monitoring, and supervising HSSE activities carried out by the Contractor and Subcontractor(s) on board the vessel, ensuring that contractual and technical HSSE requirements are duly applied by the Contractor and Subcontractor(s).

Apply the company's HSE standards and safety culture on board the installation vessel.

Ensure that all approved procedures are implemented during offshore operations or utilize the Management of Change process for any modifications.

Supervise all offshore operations on board the installation vessel (J-Lay / S-Lay / PLSV / MSV).

Act as the company's focal point on board the vessel, liaising with the Company Site Representative (FPSO RSES).

Act as the company's focal point on board the vessel in the event of an emergency (referencing the HSE interface/integration document between TEPSR and the Installation Contractor).

The person responsible for the service is also tasked with demonstrating exemplary behavior regarding H3SEQ rules and requirements and ensuring that H3SEQ requirements are properly implemented within their area of

Actively participate in the Company's safety awareness initiatives and programs.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Offshore Engineer/Supervisor with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in SURF.

Knowledge of Suriname's offshore regulations regarding marine operations, the environment, and NRs (Regulatory Standards).

In-depth knowledge of SIMOPS and HSE standards. Experience with a major EPCI project.

Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems (HSE, technical aspects, supplies, transport, storage and preservation, engineering, construction, quality control, schedule, costs...)

Experience in the construction sector

Languages: Fluent English (spoken and written)
