HSE Trainer
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver HSE training programs.
Monitor and assess skill development in participants.
Provide instructions and mentoring to participants,
Develop learning materials and resources.
Responsible for assessing the individual's needs and developing a plan of action to help them reach their goals.
Responsible for ensuring training material is up to date and relevant.
Develop and implement new training initiatives.
Conducting training evaluations.
Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science or a recognized field related to HSE.
At least 5 years of experience in HSE operations for oil & gas, petrochemical or mining industry or Training & Development.
Having Certificate Ahli K3 Umum and Train of Trainer (ToT) BNSP.
Ability to create and deliver engaging training sessions.
Ability to evaluate and improve training programs.
Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
Able to communicate in English.
