Job Purpose
To support the development, implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the MVOT Management System by coordinating management system initiatives, developing documented processes and procedures, facilitating governance activities, and ensuring alignment with MISC Offshore management system requirements and applicable industry standards. The position supports MVOT in strengthening governance, improving process consistency and enhancing management system implementation across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and continual improvement of the MVOT Management System in accordance with approved implementation plans.
- Coordinate closure of management system gaps identified through assessments, audits, reviews and improvement initiatives.
- Develop, review and update management system documentation including manuals, procedures, work instructions, guidelines, workflows, templates and forms.
- Ensure management system documentation aligns with MISC Offshore Business Management System (BMS), HSSE Management System (HSEMS), Asset Management System (AMS), applicable ISO standards and relevant industry best practices.
- Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, RACI matrices and governance documentation to support business processes.
- Establish and maintain standardized document structures, numbering systems and document templates in accordance with document governance requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, document review sessions and stakeholder engagements to gather inputs and achieve alignment on management system documentation.
- Coordinate document review, endorsement, approval and document control activities.
- Support management system communication, awareness and implementation activities across MVOT.
- Monitor implementation progress, maintain action registers and follow up on outstanding management system action items.
- Maintain management system documentation, registers and records in accordance with document control requirements.
- Prepare monthly progress reports, implementation status updates and management reports for MVOT Management and MISC Offshore HSSEQ.
- Support additional management system, governance and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned by the Quality Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in Quality Management Systems, Management System Development, Process Governance or Continuous Improvement within the Oil & Gas, Offshore, Maritime or EPCIC industry.
- Practical experience in developing and implementing management system documentation, including procedures, manuals, workflows and governance documents.
- Experience in process mapping, document control and management system implementation.
- Good understanding of ISO 9001 management system requirements.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISM Code and offshore or maritime management systems will be an added advantage.
- Experience in facilitating workshops, stakeholder engagements and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong technical writing, analytical and communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Data Management, or equivalent.
- Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification in ISO 9001 will be an added advantage.
- Professional certification in Quality Management or Process Improvement will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and document management systems.
