Information Management Services Coordinator

About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Information Management Services Coordinator to join Woodside's Digital team. Reporting to the Content Services Service Line Owner, you will play a key role in coordinating information management services, supporting governance initiatives, and driving the ongoing uplift of information management capabilities across the organisation.
This position will act as a trusted Information Management SME, working closely with business stakeholders, Digital Business Partners, platform teams, and technology vendors to improve service delivery, enhance search and AI-enabled information capabilities, and support the successful delivery of information management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of information management services, uplift projects, and service enhancements aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with Digital Business Partners, business stakeholders, and technology vendors to gather requirements and support project delivery.
- Translate business needs into clear information management and technical requirements.
- Monitor, track, and manage delivery activities, risks, issues, and escalations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across information management processes, search capabilities, AI-enabled tools, and user experience.
- Support change management, training, communications, and adoption activities.
- Monitor service performance and identify opportunities to improve service delivery and governance outcomes.
- Assist with supplier and vendor engagement, including contract-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with information governance standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
About You
You are a proactive and delivery-focused information management professional who enjoys working with stakeholders across business and technology teams. You have a strong understanding of information governance, knowledge management, service delivery, and the ability to translate business requirements into practical technology-enabled solutions.
Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of information management, knowledge management, data management, and governance frameworks.
- Experience coordinating information management uplift programs, service enhancements, or transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
- Strong understanding of service delivery processes, prioritisation, issue management, and continuous improvement.
- Experience supporting business readiness, change management, training, and adoption initiatives.
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience improving information search capabilities, user enablement, or AI-driven information management solutions is highly regarded.

Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft 365
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft Purview
- Information Management technologies
- Experience working with vendors, suppliers, and procurement processes.
- Knowledge of ITIL service management practices is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Information Management, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications in Information Management, Information Governance, Privacy, Cyber Security, Agile methodologies, or Design Thinking are highly regarded.
