Job Title: Infrastructure & Building Administration Team Lead
Duration: 12 months renewable contract
Schedule: 28/28 Rotation
Location: Luanda, Angola
This opportunity is focused on leading facilities management, infrastructure maintenance, and project delivery across a complex multi-site operational environment. The role will oversee buildings, utilities, contractor performance, and infrastructure improvement projects while supporting safe, efficient, and compliant operations. This position offers broad exposure to facilities operations, preventative maintenance, and capital improvement activities within an industrial setting.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline
Required Experience:
- 8–10 years of experience in facilities management, infrastructure, building services, or related environments
- Proven track record managing multi-site facilities operations and infrastructure projects
- Experience overseeing preventative and corrective maintenance programmes
- Demonstrated success managing contractors, vendors, and service agreements
- Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams
Required Skills:
- Strong infrastructure and facilities management expertise
- Experience in project planning, cost estimating, scheduling, reporting, and performance management
- Knowledge of governance, compliance, risk management, and audit requirements
- Strong understanding of contractor management and service delivery frameworks
- Knowledge of maintenance programmes covering electrical systems, mechanical equipment, plumbing and hydraulics, carpentry and masonry, and general building fabric
- Experience supporting infrastructure improvement projects including camp infrastructure upgrades, Wi-Fi and telecommunications enhancements, CCTV and access control systems, and Public Address and General Alarm systems
- Ability to maintain asset registers, maintenance records, and audit-ready documentation
- Strong planning, organisation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- English language proficiency
- Ability to travel regularly between Luanda and Soyo
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management qualification or certification
- Oil & Gas, industrial, energy, or heavy industry experience
- Portuguese language skills
