This opportunity offers the chance to support a technically focused, project-driven environment by coordinating inspection activities across suppliers and subcontractors. The role plays an important part in maintaining inspection schedules, documentation control and follow-up of outstanding actions, while working closely with Procurement, Project Management, Engineering and Quality teams. This position will suit a professional who can bring strong inspection coordination, project administration and supplier communication capability within a dynamic technical setting.
Required Experience:
Experience in coordination and administrative activities within a technical or project-based environment
Experience managing inspections, documentation and follow-up activities across suppliers or subcontractors
Experience working in a dynamic, project-driven environment with changing schedules and competing priorities
Required Skills:
Strong planning, organisational and prioritisation skills
Accurate administrative capability with the ability to maintain schedules, tracking registers and project records
Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned activities and ensure timely follow-up
Clear and professional communication with internal stakeholders and external parties
Dutch and English language skills, written and spoken
Ability to identify missing information, reports or outstanding actions and proactively drive completion
Must have the right to work in Netherlands
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in inspection coordination
Experience in supplier quality, technical procurement, EPC projects or similar technical project environments
