Job Title:

Installation Project Manager
Duration: 1 year
Schedule: Full-time (Monday-Friday)
Location: Monaco

This opportunity is focused on leading installation projects within the energy industry, with responsibility for safe delivery through offshore completion. The role offers involvement across project planning, execution, budget and schedule control, while working closely with installation engineering, procurement and operations teams. This position is well suited to professionals with strong project management capability, installation project understanding and experience operating in complex stakeholder environments.

Required Education:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field

Required Experience:

  • 10 years of experience in the energy industry delivering projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines

  • Strong understanding of installation projects

  • Experience leading project delivery from handover through to offshore completion

Required Skills:

  • Ability to develop detailed project plans, schedules and budgets, and manage resource allocation to meet project objectives

  • Strong coordination skills across installation engineering, procurement and operations teams

  • Project monitoring, risk identification and mitigation to maintain scope, budget and schedule targets

  • Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, environmental guidelines and company policies

  • Stakeholder management and communication skills, including reporting performance metrics, financial updates and risk assessments to senior management

  • Strong leadership capability with a collaborative approach to leading multidisciplinary and multicultural teams

  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation and business acumen

  • Capability in cost and budget control, systems engineering, supply chain, installation and start-up, contract management, project control, risk management, contractual and commercial planning

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification
