This opportunity is focused on coordinating and progressing critical IC&E documentation and workflow activity across field operations, with responsibility for Cause and Effects, Single Line Drawings, Powerline Mapping and power relay setting documentation. The role also supports programme control activities including progress tracking, cost updates and reporting within a complex energy environment. This position offers broad exposure across engineering, automation and operations teams, with a direct impact on deliverable quality, workflow coordination and project progress.

Required Experience:

  • Experience coordinating IC&E workflow and deliverables within an engineering or energy-related environment.

  • Experience supporting technical documentation such as Cause and Effects, Single Line Drawings, Powerline Mapping and power relay setting documentation.

  • Experience working across operations, automation, electrical and engineering teams to coordinate activities and resolve issues.

  • Experience tracking project progress, schedules and costs, including monthly reporting and outlook updates.

  • Experience reviewing deliverables to ensure standards are met and supporting workflow progression through quality oversight.

Required Skills:

  • Strong coordination skills across technical stakeholders, contractors and site-based teams.

  • Ability to oversee workflow progress and maintain alignment with wider mechanical and engineering activities.

  • Capability to review technical work products for quality, standards compliance and completeness.

  • Strong cost tracking, schedule coordination and progress reporting skills.

  • Ability to compile site information required to support deliverable development before workflow initiation.

  • Effective communication skills to manage interfaces with engineering and operations teams and address issues as they arise.

  • Working knowledge of Management of Change and documentation management integration requirements.
