We are seeking an Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Engineer to support the delivery of engineering projects by developing I&C documentation, drawings, and technical deliverables. The successful candidate will ensure projects are executed in accordance with technical specifications, budgets, applicable codes, industry standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in HAZOP, SIL studies, technical reviews, and stakeholder discussions to support project execution.
  • Prepare RFQs, evaluate technical and commercial proposals, and recommend suitable vendors and suppliers for I&C systems.
  • Manage I&C-related change orders while ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Conduct inspections and participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for PLC/HMI panels, instrumentation, and control systems.
  • Collaborate closely with process, mechanical, electrical, and piping teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Provide technical support during construction, testing, commissioning, and project handover phases.
  • Support tender submissions, technical proposals, and cost estimation activities.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Instrumentation & Control engineering or design.
  • Experience within industrial process environments, preferably in water, wastewater, utilities, or related sectors.
  • Good understanding of instrumentation devices, including sensors, transmitters, actuators, control valves, and flow meters.
  • Knowledge of instrumentation installation, testing, and commissioning practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary project team.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Willingness to travel internationally on short notice when required.
