Job Title: Industrialization Coordinator
Duration: 2 years
Schedule: On-site 4 days per week + 1 day remote
Location: Bergerac, France
This opportunity sits within a major industrial project environment focused on the creation of new production facilities and the transfer of established manufacturing capability into new operational settings. The role offers involvement across industrialisation, commissioning strategy, production readiness and performance ramp-up, with direct impact on factory design, qualification and operational delivery. This position will suit candidates with experience in industrial projects, workshop creation and structured gate progression from early project phases through to production start-up.
Required Experience:
- Experience working on industrial projects, including workshop or production facility creation
- Experience in industrialisation, including gate progression and preparation for ramp-up
- Experience supporting the development of production procedures, methods and tooling documentation
- Experience coordinating activities across building, infrastructure and process teams
Required Skills:
- Strong industrialisation knowledge covering logic from I0 to I5 milestones
- Ability to define requirements to achieve performance targets such as production rate, output volume and overall equipment effectiveness
- Capability to develop qualification logic for installations, including commissioning, inert testing and pyro testing before production start-up
- Ability to prepare macro process routes and production procedures
- Experience in workstation layout, flow analysis and factory or workshop sizing, including value stream mapping and bottleneck analysis
- Strong coordination skills across technical and operational project interfaces
- English language skills
