Job Title: Intelligence Analyst I
Duration: 3-4 month contract (possible extension)
Schedule: Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

This opportunity sits within a 24/7 global security environment and focuses on protecting people, facilities, operations, and reputation through intelligence analysis and incident response support. The role combines open-source intelligence, physical security awareness, qualitative and quantitative research, and communications during security or safety incidents. This position also supports information and knowledge management processes within a Global Security Operations Centre setting.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, or at least one year of experience working as an analyst in a government or corporate intelligence centre
Required Experience:
- Experience working as an analyst in a government or corporate intelligence centre
- Experience monitoring information sources for threats and incidents that may affect people, facilities, operations, and reputation
- Experience supporting response activities during security or safety incidents across an enterprise environment
- Experience working in a shift-based environment, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when required
Required Skills:
- Advanced writing and analytical skills
- Ability to independently perform advanced qualitative and quantitative research and communicate findings to leadership
- Familiarity with physical security threats and trends in the United States
- Familiarity with major geopolitical issues
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and CoPilot
- Ability to function as an information gathering and communications hub during security or safety incidents
- Capability to support information and knowledge management tools and processes
- Ability to support physical security access control monitoring and respond appropriately to alarms, breaches, malfunctions, and related events
Preferred Qualifications:
- Beginner to intermediate proficiency using video monitoring, access control, and alarm monitoring applications, preferably Lenel/OnGuard
- Knowledge of the oil and gas industry
- Experience using a traveller tracking system
- Experience utilising geographic information system and data visualisation tools
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in a language other than English
