Job Title: Inventory Coordinator
Duration: Initially 1 year with possibility of extension / go direct
Schedule: 7 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Mansfield, Louisiana

This opportunity supports day-to-day yard operations within a field office and warehouse environment, helping to ensure materials are received, handled and issued efficiently to support field operations. The role offers hands-on exposure to inventory control, equipment handling, warehouse organisation and SAP-based work order activity within an oilfield setting. This position will contribute directly to safe, effective material flow and operational readiness.

Required Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Required Experience:

  • 2 to 5 years of oilfield-related experience
  • Experience supporting equipment maintenance, equipment movement and truck loading activities
  • Experience working in a yard, warehouse or field operations environment

Required Skills:

  • Ability to support inventory control, including receiving, issuing, stocking and tracking materials
  • Ability to inspect incoming equipment for inaccuracy or damage and prepare equipment for stock or issue
  • Ability to use SAP to submit notifications and complete work orders
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other reporting or inventory tracking tools
  • Ability to multitask and self-prioritise tasks in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Customer-service approach when working with stakeholders and vendors
  • Ability to identify, learn the function of and help maintain various types of oilfield equipment
  • Ability to help maintain a safe, clean and organised yard or warehouse workspace
  • Capability to assist with equipment repair, valve rebuilding, and loading and unloading trucks as required

Required Certifications:

  • Valid Driver's Licence (Required)
  • Completion of IADC Rigpass, SafeLand, or an approved equivalent orientation (Required)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current OSHA-compliant Forklift Certification (Preferred)
  • College Degree (Preferred)
