Vacancy Overview:

This opportunity offers the chance to deliver high-level technical support across multiple office locations in a fast-paced professional environment. The role focuses on deskside support, remote support, asset management, and maintaining reliable end-user technology services. This position will play an important part in supporting MacOS, Windows, Office 365, AV conferencing systems, and mobile device operations while contributing to a seamless user experience.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience in IT helpdesk or technical support roles.

  • Experience providing deskside and remote support across multiple office locations.

  • Experience with ticketing systems and working to meet service level requirements.

  • Experience supporting IT-related projects, including office expansions and technology rollouts.

  • Ability to work independently and travel between office locations for on-site technical assistance.

Required Skills:

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across MacOS, Windows, Office 365, and common enterprise applications.

  • Ability to provide high-quality customer service and white-glove technical support.

  • Hands-on capability in installation, configuration, upgrades, and repair of laptops, tablets, and other mobile devices.

  • Knowledge of AV conferencing systems, printers, and PC hardware troubleshooting.

  • Ability to manage IT asset inventory, including procurement, tracking, and lifecycle management.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to create and maintain documentation and user guides.

  • Ability to prioritise and resolve incidents and service requests effectively.
