This opportunity supports end-user technology services across desktop support, executive support, digital media, and audio-visual environments. The role focuses on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting conference room technology, managing user account administration, and delivering a high-quality client experience in a fast-paced technical environment. This position also contributes to digital content delivery, Hiperwall support, and ongoing improvement of service processes and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

  • 3 years of experience as a Computer Support Technician supporting a 24/7 operation

  • 3 years of relevant experience supporting senior-level management clients

  • 1 year of related experience in digital media and audio-visual systems

  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

  • Experience supporting Microsoft operating systems, including Windows 7, Windows 10, and Server 2008

  • Extensive experience with Windows desktop operating systems, Office 365, and business software

  • Experience supporting PC, Mac, Windows, Apple OS, and mobile devices including smartphones and tablets

  • Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills across hardware, software, printers, phones, applications, and peripherals

  • Ability to install and upgrade software, install hardware, configure systems and applications, and support connectivity issues

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to support end users effectively

  • Experience with user account administration, including password resets, group memberships, onboarding, offboarding, and account modifications

  • Ability to create, manage, and maintain accurate support ticket documentation

  • Experience supporting digital media environments, including video walls, content displays, media players, conference room technology, and Hiperwall systems

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent customer service and relationship-building capability

  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage changing demands, and maintain strong follow-up and organisational standards

  • Strong documentation skills, including process, procedure, and instruction material updates

  • Ability to present technical concepts in business terms and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at different levels
