Role Overview
- Perform routine and non-routine laboratory analysis/wet chemistry on product and in-process samples.
- Support plant operations for quality assurance/control.
- Calibrate and maintain test equipment.
- Prepare samples and ensure accurate data generation and record-keeping.
- Utilize analytical instruments to address quality assurance/control issues.
- Prepare chemical stock solutions and reagents, setting preparation standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Hydrocarbon Testing: Proficient in testing hydrocarbon samples.
- Laboratory Analysis/Wet Chemistry: Skilled in conducting laboratory analyses.
- Quality Assurance/Control: Experience in quality assurance/control processes.
- Calibration and Maintenance: Ability to calibrate and maintain laboratory test equipment.
- Data Generation: Competent in generating accurate data and maintaining records.
- Chemical/Process/Technical Engineering: Background in relevant engineering fields.
Education & Experience
- Qualifications: Polytechnic graduate with a background in Chemical/Process/Technical Engineering.
- Experience: Preferable experience in quality control systems.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in computer applications.
