Role Purpose

Lead the company's digitalisation initiatives by designing, integrating, and optimising enterprise systems, interfaces, and digital platforms across procurement, engineering, supply chain, and operations.

The role will act as the focal point for connecting business processes, digital tools, ERP platforms, engineering systems, and reporting environments into a unified digital ecosystem. The successful candidate will drive digital transformation programmes, interface architecture, automation initiatives, and data integration strategies to improve business efficiency, data visibility, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Digitalisation & Transformation Leadership
  • Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and execute digitalisation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to replace manual processes through technology and automation.
  • Drive adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, digital workflows, and advanced analytics.
  • Champion continuous improvement of digital systems and business processes.
• Systems Integration & Interface Management (Core Focus Area)
  • Own the design and governance of interfaces between ERP, procurement, engineering, finance, and operational systems.
  •  Lead integration projects across SAP, Oracle, AVEVA, SharePoint, Power Platform, and other enterprise applications.
  •  Design and manage system-to-system data flows using APIs, middleware, integration platforms, and cloud technologies.
  •  Ensure seamless data exchange across business-critical applications.
  •  Act as the technical authority for interface architecture and digital connectivity.

  •  Lead development of digital dashboards and executive reporting solutions.

  • Transform fragmented data sources into integrated business insights.
  • Deliver KPI visibility across procurement, engineering, supply chain, and operations.
• Automation & Innovation

    • AI-enabled technologies
  •  Eliminate manual data handling and reporting activities.
  •  Improve process efficiency through digital solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as the key liaison between:

    • Operations
  •  Translate business requirements into digital solutions.
  •  Manage external vendors, software providers, and system integrators.
  •  Present transformation initiatives and business cases to senior leadership.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in:
  • Information Systems
  • Computer Science
  • Software Engineering
  • Data Management
  • Engineering
  • or equivalent combination of technical and business experience.
• Essential Experience Required
  • 12+ years of experience in digital transformation, information management, systems integration, or enterprise applications.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise digitalisation programmes.
  • Strong background in system interfaces and integration architecture.
  • Experience integrating multiple business platforms across ERP, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations functions.
  • Experience in data governance, data migration, and enterprise data management.
  • Demonstrated delivery of automation and digital process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working with large-scale enterprise systems and multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
• Highly Desirable
  • SAP S/4HANA experience.
  • AVEVA ecosystem experience.
  • Digital Twin initiatives.
  • Oil & Gas, LNG, EPC, Petrochemical, or Industrial projects.
  • Power Platform expertise.
  • AI and intelligent automation exposure.
