Vacancy Overview:

This opportunity is with a major integrated energy company committed to growth across the full oil and gas value chain, with a strong focus on people, the environment, integrity, and continuous improvement. The role supports Gulf of Mexico operations from Houston and plays a key part in offshore logistics, marine transportation, aviation coordination, and supply chain performance. This position offers the chance to contribute to safe, efficient, and cost-effective support for offshore drilling, production, maintenance, and project activities.

Required Experience:

  • 8+ years of oil and gas logistics experience, including offshore Gulf of Mexico operations

  • Experience with marine transportation, aviation logistics, and offshore supply chain management

  • Experience supporting drilling, production, maintenance, and project activities through timely coordination of personnel and material movements

  • Experience coordinating contractor audits and inspections for vessels and helicopters

  • Experience supporting contractor performance, logistics planning, cost control, KPIs, budgets, and operational contingency planning

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of offshore logistics operations across marine and aviation activities

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance related to BSEE, BOEM, USCG, FAA, DOT, and company HSE requirements

  • Knowledge of contractor management and contractor assurance processes

  • Knowledge of industry standards including IOGP 690, HSAC, OCIMF OVID, and IMCA

  • Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP

  • Ability to optimize vessel and helicopter utilization while controlling logistics costs

  • Ability to support emergency response, critical shipments, and continuous improvement across logistics processes

  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, stakeholder management, and audit tracking capabilities
