LOTO Coordinator

Location: Gregory, TX
Rotation: 5 days a week initially; during outage, 13 on / 1 off
Position Overview
This LOTO Coordinator opportunity is suited to candidates with strong technical coordination capability in outage and equipment isolation planning. The LOTO Coordinator will support the preparation and coordination of lockout/tagout packages, helping to organise work scope, timing and execution activities. This LOTO Coordinator position offers exposure to a technically focused environment where accuracy, planning and coordination are central to success. The LOTO Coordinator will play an important role in supporting safe and efficient outage delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and compile lockout/tagout packages.
- Review and highlight P&IDs to support isolation planning activities.
- Build and track lockout/tagout documentation.
- Track the amount of equipment required for each job.
- Estimate the time needed for individual job activities.
- Help coordinate when lockout/tagout activities should be installed or removed in line with the outage schedule.
Qualifications & Experience
- Essential: Experience supporting lockout/tagout coordination or related isolation planning activities.
- Essential: Ability to work with P&IDs as part of technical planning and package preparation.
- Essential: Strong planning, tracking and coordination skills in a technical or outage-related environment.
- Essential: Ability to estimate task durations and manage equipment-related tracking requirements.
- Essential: Availability to work an initial 5-day week schedule and transition to 12-hour days during outage periods.
