Years of Working Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
Knowledge of Languages: English (fluent), Azerbaijani (fluent)

Knowledge of assets and equipment and their maintenance techniques.
Knowledge of control equipment functionality and problem-solving action plan in line with manufacturer recommendations.
- Knowledge of all the Information Technology Systems supporting the asset maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Support Local Management Team (Vessel Management Team for Vessel/Asset Yard Manager) with reference to Asset matters and clerking activities including general office support;
Support and maintain ordered / updated Site Documentation;
Support and maintain updated main Asset Digital tools (CMMS, MOCA, DMF, ATR);
Liaise with Line Management Organization with reference to Site Integrity topics;
Support to Local Management Team on demand.
Ensure the updating of the Computerized Management Maintenance System;
Support technical crew with reference to maintenance related needs and topics;
Monitor status Maintenance Work order and damage malfunctioning and failure reporting register and address criticalities;
Maintenance support with regards to work order management and new implementation required;
Support the preparation of Management of Change in line with disciplines instructions based on applicable guidelines, ensuring register updating and monitoring due dates close outs;
Provide facility maintenance management and execution;
Provide Timesheet follow up and management for Asset employees;
Support on creation of Material Request's in Excel format;
Where applicable, manage and update Document Management System site portal in coordination with Local Management Team and Home Office;
Update site portal in accordance with discipline leads instructions;
Support preparation, check and update of site documentation (manuals, procedures, standing orders, standing instructions, forms and check lists) under Local Site Management and key supervisors guidance;
Update and follow up Asset findings action tracker, reporting to functional team and ICT any management or technical issue;
Upload the documents system and update it in coordination with Local Management Team and Home Office;
Support and update marine rigging and wire ropes certificates register;
Issue of stationary / printer spares and spare control;
Fully adhere, at all times and irrespective of the work place, to Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures and requirements;
Perform other related duties as assigned by Superior.
