This opportunity supports maintenance and operations readiness through spare parts stock review, database reconciliation, and material master data improvement within a major industrial project environment. The role is focused on inventory optimization, BOM alignment, SAP or CMMS data quality, and cross-matching of spare parts records to improve consistency, availability, and stock control. This position offers strong technical scope across maintenance, warehouse, supply chain, and engineering interfaces.
Required Education:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Maintenance Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent
Required Experience:
Minimum 7 years of experience in oil and gas, energy, mining, or industrial maintenance and materials management
Experience supporting maintenance spare parts management, stock review, and inventory optimization
Experience working with equipment criticality, spare parts strategy, and stock classification processes
Experience coordinating with maintenance, warehouse, supply chain, engineering, reliability, and operations readiness teams
Required Skills:
Working knowledge of SAP MM, SAP PM, or equivalent CMMS systems
Strong understanding of material master data, Bills of Materials, spare parts lists, and inventory systems
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse large databases, identify duplicates, and prepare reporting outputs
Ability to review and validate spare parts recommendations, stocking strategy, inventory levels, and replenishment requirements
Ability to reconcile spare parts databases and verify material codes, manufacturer references, units of measure, and equipment tag links
Knowledge of maintenance philosophies, material data cleansing, harmonisation, and traceability between BOMs, vendor documentation, and warehouse stock records
Professional English
