Master Data Specialist - SAP PM

The Company

A Global operator of energy and resources. As a result of changes and expanding workflow, they are looking for a Master Data Specialist to add to the Perth operations team.

The Role

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will be providing your expertise providing technical input within our management of change (MoC) process when making updates to our SAP PM data objects

This is a 6-months contracting opportunity for Perth based candidates with expert skills in SAP Plant Maintenance Master Data and experienced in managing vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Providing technical input on all Controlled Data Change MOCs
  • Liaising with engineering and planning teams to quantify MOC scope
  • Determine SAP technical objects impacted by change, develop order of change steps required to implement change
  • Provide support to offshore execution team as required to aid MOC execution
  • Maintain close working relationship with the interfacing user department to ensuring that there is a common alignment with their efforts

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in SAP Plant Maintenance Master Data
  • Proven experience in SAP bulk upload tools – LSMW, Workbench, SQVI
  • Good knowledge in Plant Maintenance Master Data & Materials Management principles
  • Advanced skills using MS Office packages i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Based in Perth with full Australian work rights

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification is highly regarded but not essential
