This opportunity supports a nuclear development project focused on materials management, procurement coordination, and technical specification review. The role will work closely with engineering, estimating, purchasing, vendors, and project stakeholders to help ensure materials, equipment, documentation, and procurement activities are aligned with project requirements. This position offers involvement in major equipment and material decisions within a highly technical environment connected to clean, reliable power generation.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university

Required Experience:

  • Five years of experience

  • Experience coordinating materials management activities within a technical project environment

  • Experience supporting procurement planning, material take-off reviews, and vendor-related activities

Required Skills:

  • Ability to lead across multiple disciplines and companies without direct authority

  • Ability to coordinate specification review meetings and resolve technical requirements

  • Ability to review procurement specifications for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with project requirements

  • Ability to facilitate communication among engineering, estimating, purchasing, vendors, and project stakeholders

  • Ability to coordinate multiple vendors and support timely procurement decisions

  • Ability to review documentation for safety-related work and support applicable safety requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with a quality assurance program such as NQA-1, ISO 9001, and/or ASME

  • Nuclear experience

  • SMRs experience
