This opportunity is focused on providing technical leadership for process analyzers, custody transfer measurement systems, and analyzer reliability programs within an LNG environment. The role is designed to improve analyzer availability, accuracy, maintainability, lifecycle management, and data quality while supporting troubleshooting, root cause investigations, and long-term reliability strategy. This position also supports startup readiness and stabilization activities across critical operational systems.

Required Education:

  • B.S. in Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline

Required Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in LNG, upstream oil & gas, gas processing, refining, petrochemical, or related energy facilities

  • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and supporting gas chromatographs, moisture analyzers, sulfur analyzers, calorimeters, CEMS, density analyzers, and other online analytical systems

  • Experience leading root cause investigations and developing sustainable solutions for chronic analyzer reliability issues

  • Experience supporting startup readiness activities and operational stabilization efforts

Required Skills:

  • Strong background in process analyzers, sampling systems, custody transfer measurement, and analyzer reliability

  • Technical leadership in online analyzers, sampling systems, and custody transfer measurement equipment

  • Ability to identify and resolve recurring analyzer and measurement vulnerabilities

  • Development and implementation of analyzer reliability strategies, preventive maintenance programs, and lifecycle plans

  • Working knowledge of custody transfer measurement systems, regulatory compliance requirements, and industry standards

  • Ability to monitor analyzer performance metrics, system health, availability, calibration effectiveness, and data quality

  • Collaboration across Operations, Maintenance, Process Engineering, Instrument & Controls, OEMs, and external specialists to resolve complex technical issues

  • Ability to develop long-term improvement plans for analyzer houses, sample conditioning systems, chromatographs, moisture analyzers, sulfur analyzers, and emissions monitoring systems

  • Strong ability to translate analyzer performance issues into actionable reliability improvement programs

  • Support for Management of Change, process hazard reviews, incident investigations, and startup readiness activities
