Airswift is looking for a Mid-level Foreign Trade Analyst for a 7-month temporary position with a major Oil & Gas company in Rio das Ostras.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze and plan shipment strategies under Special Customs Regimes;
Manage import and export shipments from dispatch to final delivery, ensuring adherence to established delivery deadlines;
Monitor cargo storage deadlines to avoid incurring additional costs on import and export operations;
Coordinate process documentation and status updates with customs brokers;
Advise internal clients on foreign trade best practices;
Receive budget allocations and prepare the necessary price quotes;
Enter data into the system;
Monitor processes with internal clients.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Relations, Foreign Trade, etc. (field of study is not critical)
Foreign trade legislation
Experience managing special customs regimes (Repetro, temporary admission, and export)
Intermediate/Advanced English
