Vacancy Overview:
This opportunity supports a major power plant project focused on coordinating and strengthening the Management of Change process across engineering, operations, construction, maintenance, HSE, and project teams. The role will play a key part in ensuring change requests are reviewed, communicated, tracked, and closed in line with project and regulatory requirements. This position offers exposure to cross-functional stakeholder engagement, compliance activities, MOC documentation, and process improvement within a complex industrial environment.
Required Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Management of Change, Process Safety Management, project coordination, operations, or engineering environments
Experience within LNG, oil and gas, refining, petrochemical, chemical processing, or power generation industries
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and driving action item completion
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of Management of Change principles and change control processes
Ability to coordinate and administer the MOC process from initiation through closure
Experience scheduling, facilitating, and documenting cross-functional review meetings
Ability to review change requests for completeness and follow up on required actions
Strong communication skills for providing status updates, approval progress, action items, and expected completion dates
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple active MOCs simultaneously
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and MOC tracking systems
Ability to maintain records, documentation, and reporting metrics, and support audits and compliance reviews
Ability to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to strengthen the change management process
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting large capital projects, brownfield modifications, or facility expansions
Familiarity with OSHA PSM requirements and industry best practices
Experience using electronic MOC management platforms
Technical background in engineering, operations, maintenance, or project management
