Airswift are global recruitment partners to many of the Oil & Gas majors, and to support a large hiring campaign in Namibia, we are in a position to start pipelining for a large number of positions for multiple suppliers and projects in country. Part of the hiring focus will be on Namibian nationals, which includes Namibian expats interested in a return to the country.
Namibia represents an exciting new chapter for both Airswift and the industry in general. As one of the most interesting emerging oil & gas markets globally, it represents a major growth frontier. Timeframe
There are multiple projects currently all at different stages. From July onwards, and well into next year and beyond Airswift expects to be a major component in the recruitment, payrolling and logistics for these Namibian projects.
Background
Naturally anyone with a background in major Oil & Gas projects is going to be of interest. However, because of the nature of offshore projects, there are also many sectors and onshore disciplines that will also be very much of interest including Mining, Civil engineering, Marine / Harbour and Construction to support the onshore / offshore requirements of the project.
