Airswift is seeking a Night Drilling Completion Supervisor to work on an outsourced contract , in Suriname, with a major Oil & Gas Company.
Duration: min. 2-years, rotational 4/4 (4 weeks on/4 weeks off), based on seven (7) worked days per week, with twelve (12) hours of work per day
Expected Commencement date: TBD (target October/November, 2026)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting Drilling Assets within the Drilling and Wells department
- Ensure continuity of the supervision on board the rig during night operations.
- Adapt to changes in work practices and job activities within the DCSSV agreement
- Be efficient in reporting and deliver high standard DDR Supervise the service companies providing Fluids, Cement and Waste Management services.
- Supervise the implementation of drilling programs. Assist to work instructions.
- Guaranteeing the accomplishment of the operations, in compliance with Company rules, safety and environmental protection
referential.
- Optimizing rig equipment & processes in relation with contractors.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Technical or engineering background with experience in drilling operations
Advanced conversational English is required.
Good knowledge of offshore environments, specifically deepwater operations
