We are current looking for an O&M Electrician – Solar to join their newly built Tahuei Solar Farm in Te Aroha, Waikato Region.
The role
- Ideally starting mid to late October
- Mon- Friday
- 7:30am – 4:30pm
- Performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance and fault finding on electrical systems across the solar farm
- Respond to emergency calls and breakdowns as required
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot various electrical systems, including V Modules, inverters, weather stations, transformers, and control panels.
- Rotating on call roster
About you
- Valid New Zealand Working Rights
- Valid New Zealand Practising Electrical License
- Low Voltage Rescue & CPR certificate
- Driver’s License
- Ideally 5 years’ experience as an electrician, with exposure working in the operation and maintenance of assets
- Experience in solar is highly advantageous
- Ability to pass full pre-employment medical
