Manager – Operations Consulting Belgium
Location: Belgium (Ghent / Home Office)
Travel: Frequent client travel across Belgium and the Netherlands
We're looking for an experienced Operations Consulting Manager to help lead and deliver large-scale transformation programmes focused on safety, operational excellence, cultural transformation, leadership development, and organisational performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational excellence, transformation, and performance improvement projects.
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Lead project teams and subject matter experts.
- Deliver operational risk, safety culture, and organisational transformation initiatives.
- Coach client leaders and operational teams.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring successful delivery and measurable results.
- Support the growth and development of consultants within project teams.
- Build long-term client relationships across multiple industries.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience within management consulting, operational excellence, transformation, change management, or performance improvement.
- Proven experience managing projects and client relationships.
- Experience leading teams and delivering complex transformation programmes.

Strong understanding of operational environments within sectors such as:
- Manufacturing
- Chemicals
- Energy
- Infrastructure
- Transport
- Food & Beverage
- Asset-intensive industries
- Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent Dutch and English.
- Willingness to travel regularly to client sites throughout Belgium and the Netherlands.
