Shift/hours - Sunday to Wednesday 6am to 5pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate personal proficiency of aseptic technique with minimal supervision while working in Grade D/C cleanrooms and Grade A filler/isolators
- Demonstrate ability to consistently clean and sanitize clean rooms to levels required and measured by the quality microbiology department
- Demonstrate ability to consistently clean and sanitize production equipment and assets through manual or automated means which include hand wiping, clean in place, steam in place, or other mechanisms of cleaning
- Actively participate in general area housekeeping and stocking of consumable supplies; keeping simple inventories and cycle counts of consumables
- Seek out and identify opportunities related to the maintenance, calibration, and improvement of company facilities, equipment, and procedures
- Perform other duties as required by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to perform calculations when supplied with the equation.
- Ability to read and follow detailed written instructions
- Thorough understanding of all general lab glassware
- Basic understanding of system controls and data logging software
