Job Title: Order Analyst IV

Location: The Woodlands, TX

This opportunity sits within a large international oil and gas exploration and production environment, supporting division order activity across outside operated properties. The role focuses on ownership analysis, interpretation of title documents, and maintenance of accurate ownership records to support the distribution of proceeds and collection of well expenses. This position offers exposure to title opinions, leases, deeds, probate documentation, and ownership change processes within a technically focused team.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree

Required Experience:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in division order, land, ownership, or related oil and gas work.
  • Experience reviewing and interpreting title opinions and associated legal documentation.
  • Experience supporting operated and non-operated well set-up activities and basic ownership changes.
  • Experience identifying title or ownership issues and supporting resolution activities.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of basic land principles and general understanding of land terminology.
  • Ability to review and interpret leases, division orders, contracts, deeds, title opinions, probate, and assignments.
  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn additional computer applications.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with owners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours when needed to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Quorum Land System.
  • SAP experience.
