PACKAGE ENGINEER
Strong understanding of FPSO EPC/EPCIC execution, including procurement, vendor management, engineering interface, fabrication, integration, commissioning, and handover requirements.
Proven capability in managing high-value and/or long-lead vendor packages for offshore oil and gas projects.
Good understanding of package delivery requirements for major FPSO systems such as electrical houses, gas treatment, compression, water treatment, utility systems, mechanical equipment, and other topsides packages.
Knowledge of contract administration, commercial management, change control, expediting, inspection, logistics coordination, and vendor documentation control.
Ability to manage package risks, schedule interfaces, cost exposure, quality issues, and stakeholder expectations in a multi-contractor project environment.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, subcontracting, or supply chain management within the oil and gas or offshore industry.
At least 3 years of experience in EPC/EPCIC project execution, preferably involving FPSO or similar offshore facilities.
Proven experience in managing procurement, subcontracting, and logistics functions in large-scale, multi-disciplined projects or module packages.
Experience in multi-location and multi-contractor execution environments (e.g., international yards, joint ventures, consortium projects).
Experience in FPSO or major offshore projects involving multi-yard fabrication and integration (e.g., China and Brazil) is highly preferred.
QUALIFICATION
Relevant recognized qualifications – Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Process, Civil, Marine, or equivalent).
Professional certification in procurement, supply chain, contracts, project management, or engineering management would be an added advantage.
