About the Role:
Airswift is partnering with a major project owner to recruit a Package / Project Lead (Mission Critical Electrical) for a landmark data centre development in Western Australia.
This is a key delivery role responsible for the integration and coordination of critical white-space electrical and fit-out packages, ensuring alignment across design, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
Working closely with client representatives, consultants, contractors and commissioning teams, you will drive multidisciplinary coordination and manage the delivery of owner-supplied electrical systems and packages throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration of mission-critical electrical systems across white-space and fit-out environments.
- Coordinate interfaces between electrical, mechanical, controls, fire, architectural and client equipment packages.
- Review design, constructability and installation requirements to ensure alignment across all project disciplines.
- Manage procurement activities, vendor engagement, technical documentation and package delivery requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical, commercial and delivery risks across the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate inputs from consultants, contractors, client representatives and commissioning teams.
- Support planning, programme development and construction sequencing activities.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, package reviews and technical coordination meetings.
- Ensure successful transition from design through construction, commissioning and operational handover.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and project outcomes.
About You:
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience delivering electrical packages on data centre, mission-critical, major commercial or complex infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of critical power systems, electrical distribution and multidisciplinary project delivery.
- Proven ability to manage contractors, consultants and client stakeholders across design, construction and commissioning phases.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, with experience driving outcomes across complex project interfaces.
