This opportunity offers field-based pipeline operations work within the oilfield sector, with a strong focus on safety, troubleshooting, and operational reliability. The role supports pipeline pigging activities, pipeline flow analysis, and contract crew leadership across assigned assets. This position would suit a technically capable professional who can work independently, respond to operational challenges, and contribute clear field reporting for ongoing analysis.

Required Experience:

  • Typically 3-5 years of oilfield experience, including pipeline pigging experience using pig valve and conventional launcher and receiver configurations.
  • Experience performing intermediate pipeline flow troubleshooting tasks in an operational field environment.
  • Experience leading contract crews in the field and supporting safe, organised execution of work.
  • Ability to travel extensively to locations throughout the assigned asset.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to read, interpret, and use P&IDs, process flow diagrams, schematics, and alignment sheets.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capability, with the ability to work through technical issues alongside engineering staff and leadership.
  • Intermediate computer skills using Pipeline Apps, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
  • Intermediate understanding of mobile pump equipment, pipeline cleanouts, and the flow process across pipeline networks and associated operational facilities.
  • Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise assigned responsibilities and work effectively.
  • Commitment to clear communication, teamwork, safety, environmental focus, and compliance with established procedures.
  • Willingness and ability to work in tight spaces, use stairs and ladders, negotiate uneven surfaces, and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability to respond to emergency situations if required.

Required Certifications:

  • Valid driver's licence (Required)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in engineering or another technical field.
