Airswift is currently hiring Piping Supervisor to support an industrial project focused on basic piping activities (non-high-pressure systems). This is a 2-year assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of approximately 20–25 workers
- Coordinate daily piping activities on site
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project timelines
- Make decisions and resolve issues in the field
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Previous experience in construction or industrial projects
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in construction companies or smaller contractors preferred
- Practical, hands-on leadership style
- Comfortable working in dynamic, budget-conscious environments
