The Planner will support the delivery of an annual work plan by coordinating priorities, balancing resources, and helping ensure business goals are achieved through effective schedule alignment. Role Context

This position sits within the energy sector and supports work associated with a nuclear power plant environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate implementation of the annual work plan across projects on the planning horizon.

  • Consult with stakeholders to gather annual work plan data, establish priorities, and make adjustments to align work with available resources.

  • Deliver an efficient and effective resource plan to support the scheduling function.

  • Monitor and optimise the long-range implementation plan and direct required schedule changes.

  • Lead monthly work plan meetings with stakeholders to review progress and maintain alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Essential:

    Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical discipline and planning.

  • Essential:

    High School Diploma.

  • Essential:

    Ability to work within a nuclear power plant environment.

  • Essential:

    Ability to work in both office and field settings.

  • Essential:

    Ability to use required personal protective equipment, including hard hat, safety glasses, safety shoes, gloves, and hearing protection.
