This opportunity is suited to a Planner / Scheduler IV professional focused on developing, maintaining and enhancing complex project schedules across construction activity. The role supports planning, procurement, development, construction and maintenance work, with a strong emphasis on critical path management, schedule performance and Primavera P6 expertise. This position offers the chance to work independently while coordinating with project teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced oil and gas construction environment.
Requirements:
10+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience developing, detailing and maintaining project schedules through development and execution stages
Experience within oil and gas construction projects
Experience supporting planning, procurement, development, construction and maintenance activities
Experience providing guidance to junior and intermediate planners/schedulers
Expert-level knowledge of Primavera P6
Strong capability in critical path management and schedule performance analysis
Ability to update schedules using earned-value data and other construction tracking and reporting information
Ability to develop what-if schedules and identify critical path elements and logic-driven options
Strong communication skills to present technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to build effective working relationships with project staff and internal and external stakeholders
Ability to provide technical advice related to scheduling, planning and logistics
