This opportunity is focused on leading project schedule development, progress measurement, forecasting, and change management within a complex oil and gas environment. The role supports integrated planning activities, contractor schedule oversight, and schedule recovery planning, with a strong emphasis on Primavera P6, project controls, and work breakdown structure alignment. This position offers the chance to contribute directly to project delivery, trend analysis, and capital efficiency across a significant site-based programme.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management

  • Experience in project controls, project services, and/or planning and scheduling

  • Supervisory experience

  • Experience developing, maintaining, reviewing, and forecasting integrated project schedules

  • Experience assessing contractor and company-generated schedules, including baseline and progress measurement activities

  • Experience in schedule impact review, corrective action planning, and recovery plan development

  • Experience with either company projects or Advanced Work Packaging (AWP)

  • Advanced competency in Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software

  • Strong capability in schedule development, control, forecasting, and progress measurement

  • Ability to review schedule logic, level of detail, interfaces, timing, and alignment with control estimates, work breakdown structures, and project plans

  • Ability to monitor contractor performance against approved baseline schedules and support corrective action planning

  • Strong analytical, influencing, consulting, and mentoring skills

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to respond quickly to urgent analysis requests

  • Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior oil and gas industry experience
